2019: Going strong! A little nervous hearing about COVID-19...
Sep – Nov: I saw my pain specialist and began PEA and it's really effective. My mood has lifted. Strange how you can't tell what it is that's bothering you until it's dealt with. Being in a better mood makes a huge difference. I could never have explained that.
Jul – Aug: I think the heating is bothering me and the electric blanket might be causing my flares.
Feb - Mar 2017: I feel like myself again. Although I have to adjust my days dramatically to be off medication, I'm feeling better without all the medication side effects. I hope I can manage this way.
Dec - Jan 2017: Holiday seasons are so hard. I paced myself and although I was in great pain in the afternoon of Christmas day and New year's day, I have recovered ok.
I got a hula hoop for a present
Jan: I've manage to walk 3 evenings for a short time each in 10 days.

2020
Stress certainly doesn't help. Covid-19 is terrifying. I can't see my GP however Telehealth is definitely helping and is a great support when I can't drive and need to speak to my GP.
NOV 4
My headaches are starting to ease a little.
This means I can get better quality sleep. I hope this holds up. Thought it was worth noting. Perhaps this is all just sinus.
